We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Engineer to join our construction team for ongoing and upcoming steel high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, proven site coordination skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar projects.

 

Job Role:

•Oversee all on-site construction activities related to steel structural high-rise buildings.

•Interpret engineering drawings, structural layouts, and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

•Supervise the erection and alignment of steel structures, monitor welding and bolting works.

•Coordinate with structural engineers, subcontractors, and fabrication teams to ensure timely delivery and execution.

•Manage site resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.

•Ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

•Maintain detailed site records, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and participate in progress review meetings.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

•BSc or NDES/NDT in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise construction, with a strong focus on steel structures.

•Familiarity with steel fabrication, erection sequences, and structural inspections.

•Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge in MS Project or Primavera is an added advantage.

•Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks on site.

•Willing to work full-time at project sites as needed.
