Scope of Work

The Proposed Addition Capacity Improvement Project at CBLF, Ranala was undertaken for CBL Foods International (Pvt) Ltd., with CBL Corporate Services (Pvt) Ltd. acting as the Engineer. The project involved the construction of a four-storey steel building with a total floor area of approximately 2,000 square meters and an overall height of 30 meters, designed to support increased production capacity at the facility. The contract was executed over a period of 150 days, with a total contract value of Rs. 272.69 million. The scope of work covered project preliminaries, site establishment, temporary works, safety systems for high-level construction, structural steel building works, and coordination of builder’s works for services and MEP work Coordination carried out within an operational industrial environment while maintaining strict quality, safety, and programme controls.
